Saturday, June 1st
Rosemary Pork Chop with a fresh Peach Salsa – A 14oz. tender, bone-in French Cut pork chop, seasoned, grilled, and topped with fresh peach salsa. Paired with rice pilaf and broccoli.
Friday, June 7th
Surf & Turf – A 6oz. Filet Mignon broiled to taste and topped with a Cajun butter. Paired with 3 Prawns that are topped with a Cajun cream sauce. Served with a side of corn on the cob.

Sweet and Spicy Salmon – Grilled Norwegian salmon topped with a Sweet and Spicy Orange-Coconut sauce. Paired with Mushroom Risotto and Broccoli.

Lamb Chops – Marinated French cut Lamb chops grilled and served over garlic mashed potatoes, drizzled in port wine sauce. Served with roasted Brussel sprouts and garnished with assorted roasted grape tomatoes.
