Friday, March 1st

Fragrant Coffee rubbed Filet- A 6oz Filet Mignon rubbed with a mixture of ground coffee and other spices, served on top of baby red potatoes and topped with a Madeira Wine sauce. Paired with fresh roasted Brussel Sprouts

Saturday, March 2nd

Two Way Tuna- Two 4oz Tuna Filets, one Mediterranean peppercorn encrusted and the other blackened. Served with Rice Pilaf and Cajun Coleslaw.

Friday, March 8th

Sous Vide Pork Belly- Pork Belly seasoned to perfection, slow cooked and served on top of an apple puree and topped with a pork demi-glaze. Paired with broccoli and sweet mashed potatoes.

Saturday, March 9th

Grilled Halibut- Lightly Seasoned and grilled halibut topped with a lemon butter cream sauce. Served with risotto Milanese and fresh green beans sautéed with onion and bacon.

Friday, March 15th

Surf and Turf- Whiskey marinated 6oz Filet Mignon served on top of lobster bisque and served with two mozzarella and crab stuffed Prawns wrapped with prosciutto. Served with tri-color fingerling potatoes.

Saturday, March 16th

Crab Stuffed Cod- 8oz of Cod stuffed with crab and mozzarella cheese alongside 3 sautéed prawns all drizzled with a Cajun cream sauce. Paired with asparagus risotto and broccoli.

Friday, March 22nd

French Cut Lamb Rib Chops- Marinated and served with Garlic Mashed potatoes and drizzled with a port wine sauce. Paired with Brussel sprouts and garnished with an assorted roasted grape tomato sauce.

Saturday, March 28th

Halibut with Apple Cider Sauce- Grilled Halibut served over an apple cider cream sauce with mussels and charred shallots.

Friday, March 29th

Pork Osso Bucco- A pork shank served on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus and baby carrots and topped with a pork demi-glaze!

Saturday, March 30th

Banana Leaf-wrapped Chilean Sea Bass- Chilean Sea bass rubbed with our house seasoning and grilled to perfection while wrapped in a banana leaf. Served on top of a curry ginger sauce and paired with rice pilaf and baby yellow squash.
